      Had a really nice stay, the hotel is grand old and beautiful historical.

      We had an updated and reasonably large room, also there were so many space and tea/coffee. It was in a stunning and incredible location so close to the Egyptian bazaar and the waterfront, and the mosques and the spice bazaar.

      the hotel was unique and fairly clean with fantastically friendly staff at all times. the property had a magnificent location a short walk to bahnhof istanbul sirkeci. the hotel was in a very lively area.

      1-Washrooms need to renovate and maintananc,beds are .in total the hotal is 3 star hotel not 5 stars,very small swimming pool and bad.staff no good english.rooms ugly.certains are ugly. They try to charge me 10 nights more.i paid in advance they try to charge me again untill I prove my payment with my computer.my room has bad smell comming out of the washroom. Aircondition was not working good.i was also been charged for two nights extra without being there. It was mistake in booking after 1 min I discover , I try to call the hotel after 1 min for 10 times long distance ,refused to correct it I paid 400 $ extra. In total I hate my trip because of the hotel.i will never go there again, some times I say good hotel reflect the country. I dont know if I will go turky again.

      We found out good rates in the hotel. Had a good stay for five nights. The stuff was very amiable and top-class all the time. We had updated, modern room, greatly enjoyed the location, it was magnificent in the area. Included plenty space, a high ceiling, tea and coffee, and the bed was incredibly large.

      Proximity to the Egyptian market, Unique shower experiences, Historic and charming design

      Check-in delays are frustrating!!! Bathrooms could benefit from better cleanliness standards, while minor refurbishments for room decor are necessary. Improve the communication capabilities of the staff to avoid misunderstandings!!!

      Location 6 stars

      A note in the room saying that drinks and food should not be braught in the room. This is just to force people to use the over priced minibar. No free coffe was provided in room!
